Discussion
We had a spirited discussion on the microbiome from what we learning about from the last meeting. This meeting was focused on knowing what our bowel movements mean. It’ is very important to recognize things that may be wrong when we look in the bowl. 💩 Seems a little crazy to have a discussion on this, but it can indicate something may be not working correctly in our microbiome.
We also talked a little bit about becoming more grounded. This means nurturing wellness through our deep connection with the Earth. That was one of the challenges in the book Built to Move that Janette went over a couple of months ago, to go outside once a week and take a walk barefooted.
Lori chimed in to tell us that they bought these new grounding sheets (the Grounding co.) that are suppose to help ground you and help with aches and pains and overall sleep better. They merge scientific and holistic research together and these sheets contain conductive silver fibers. By connecting to the Earth’s energy, their sheets promote improved circulation, relaxation, and warmth throughout the body. We watched a few reviews as she had just got them a couple of days ago and Fred was the one who bought them. 🙂
Next Topic: Microbiome and Mental Health and how it works together with your Brain.
Gina had her cardiologist appoitment earlier in the day and she asked her cardiologist if she would come and talk with us. She said she would and everyone here tonight was excited about that. Hopefully we can get her here before the end of the year.
