What Can I Make?
This is a funny question and a common misconception that Plant-Based eating is just a bunch of “Rabbit Food.” Salads are not the only thing that you can eat. I have found there are just as many, if not more, really good dishes you can cook without meat, dairy, and oil. My resources continue to grow and I am now finding that I can improvise with ingredients that I already have to make some very healthy and filling meals.
Cookbooks
Along with the Meal Planning Calendar that has links to the recipes I plan to make, there are many Facebook Groups and Cookbooks that I refer to often. Each book has a link to the author’s website where you can find even more great recipes.
