Pizza

Today for lunch we had pizza. I used the 2 of the Naan Stonefire Thin Pizza Crusts

  1. I made my own pizza sauce using the following this recipe and used my Ninja blender to blend to smooth.
    – Tomato Sauce
    – Tomato Paste
    – Oregano
    – Italian Seasoning
    – Garlic Powder
    – Onion Powder
    – Garlic Salt to taste
  2. Then I spread it on the pizza and topped that with a bunch of spinach and arugula that we had in the refrigerator. I usually like using Basil, but I didn’t have any.
  3. I used my Pampered Chef Food Chopper to chop up the following: Cauliflower, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Black Olives, Green Olives, Artichoke Hearts from a jar, Red Onion.
  4. Baked for 20-25 min at 375°
